My husband and I met in Fairbanks, Alaska in 2000. We got married in 2005 and it was only a couple of years later when we felt there was a void to be fulfilled with a puppy. In 2007, we adopted Lilly into our home. She is a joy to have around and the greatest family dog we could ask for. Then we welcomed the greatest gift into our lives in July 2009…our beautiful little girl, Kelly. For so many years, I’ve longed to become a mother and heard so people around me saying how ‘becoming a mom is the best gift life can offer’ and you know what? They were absolutely right. My life has changed so much since we welcomed Kelly into this world and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. We hope to have at least one maybe two more kids down the road, but until that time, we are enjoying every minute of being parents to Kelly.
Since Kelly was born, we have traveled all over the United States and even to Europe in Spring 2011. She is a well traveled and cultured little girl. She’s the perfect fit to our little family.
